Diesel mechanic
The traditional installation which has been known for many years, and often the cheapest to purchase and install. Still the most common for longer distances.
Diesel electric
Diesel electric gives the opportunity to always use your engines the most efficient way and to reduce the maintenance costs.
Full electric
The type with the lowest environmental footprint, but also the most expensive type to purchase. Though it can be, depending on the route of the ferry, the most economical solution over time.
Hybrid
This solution is often chosen for a longer route. By choosing a hybrid you will have the possibility to go to battery mode when entering the harbor. This gives the possibility for lower emission and noise levels in the harbor.
