State-of-the-art manufacturing facilities

In our efforts to achieve ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification, we have made significant investments to ensure our facilities are up to date and our employees can work safely with the necessary tools and personal protective equipment to service our customers.

CTV MO6

The big shed is the ultimate plus for us

… The biggest draw was finding somewhere that we could get our vessels and their support staff under cover away from the elements. This is vital for us especially since CTV work is highly seasonal and our maintenance periods are usually in the middle of Winter!”

– Colin Thompson, Operations Manager, Mainprize Offshore Limited

Visit the shipyard

Due to its central location for offshore activities in the North Sea, Hvide Sande Shipyard has been building and servicing ships, as well as manufacturing advanced and complex steel and aluminium structures, both onshore and offshore, since the 1950s.

8,500 m² covered production

We have three sheds at our location, with the possibility of accommodating ships up to 45 metres in length. This enables us to work all year round and deliver the highest quality work.

Slipway

Our slipway has the capacity to berth ships weighing up to 400 tonnes. We have three slipways that lead directly to the sea and we can move ships from our slipway to our covered production facilities.

Surface treatment sheds

We have two sheds available for surface treatment at our shipyard all year round. This ensures that painting can be carried out in the correct temperature and humidity conditions.

Our facilities enable us to deliver professional workmanship on time – every time.
